Subdued palmettes and geometric floral rosettes distribute across an expansive field framed by layered decorative borders. Warm gold accents settle gently against a muted neutral grey ground in a quiet, low-contrast balance. Hand-Knotted in India: Tied one knot at a time. The process is slow and exacting, and the rug holds its pattern and structure for generations. Low Pile: The 3/8-inch wool pile provides a firm, substantial feel underfoot while retaining sharp motif definition. Wool develops depth and gentle luster the longer it lives in a room. Persian Allover Pattern: A traditional network of stylized botanical blossoms and geometric medallions repeats across an open ground. The balanced symmetry and multi-band border give the composition enduring classical structure. Muted Slate and Beige Palette: A heathered silver-grey ground carries warm oatmeal, soft sand, and faded slate blue accents. The mellowed, antique-wash tones soften high-contrast furnishings without demanding focal attention. Room Fit: Brings grounded elegance to formal living rooms, primary sitting areas, and dining rooms. Centering beneath floating sofa configurations or positioning under a long table anchors the arrangement securely. Rug Pad Recommended: Cushions the knotted foundation, prevents shifting on polished floors, and protects the backing from surface wear.
