Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate order modifications.

Changes: Most orders may be modified within 24 hours of placement at no additional cost. However, some items enter production immediately and may be subject to fees or may not be eligible for changes.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a minimum 10% transaction fee. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible.
All changes and cancellations must be made by phone to ensure prompt handling.

Our rugs are sent directly to the manufacturer to ensure efficient processing and delivery; because of this, timing is critical. We appreciate your understanding.

Phone Orders

If you place your order by phone, please review your confirmation email carefully.

Customers are responsible for verifying all order details listed in the confirmation email sent after checkout. This step is essential to uphold our satisfaction guarantee.
If you do not receive your confirmation (for example, due to an incorrect email address), it is your responsibility to contact us promptly so we can resend it.

Reviewing your order confirmation helps ensure accuracy and avoid delays. We strongly encourage all customers to do so.
