Oushak OSH653B Beige / Blue Area Rug

A classical Oushak botanical composition displays stylized palmettes and trailing vine motifs across an open, abrashed field. A warm sand ground carries soft pastel motifs in muted sky blue, dusty rose, and sun-washed gold for a calm, low-contrast composition. Hand-Knotted in India: Tied one knot at a time. The process is slow and exacting, and the rug holds its pattern and structure for generations. Made in small batches, so slight variations in color and pattern are to be expected. Low Pile: The 1/4-inch wool pile keeps the open botanical motifs distinct and legible underfoot. Pure wool naturally resists daily wear and deepens in character over years of use. Persian Allover Pattern: Classical palmettes, geometric rosettes, and scrolling vine elements distribute evenly in a traditional allover layout. A delicate floral guard border frames the balanced, airy field. Muted Pastel Palette: A sandy beige field holds soft accents of robin's egg blue, pale coral, sage, and warm ochre yellow. The mellowed pastel tones bring light and gentle color to low-light spaces. Room Fit: Centering beneath floating seating arrangements grounds formal living rooms, quiet bedrooms, or private studies. Positioning beneath an open dining set defines the area while keeping walking perimeters clear. Rug Pad Recommended: Prevents slipping, cushions the knotted foundation on hard floors, and supports even pile wear over time.
