Shipping Within Canada

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $199 (before tax) shipped within Canada.

Orders Under $199

For orders that do not meet the $199 minimum, a shipping fee is applied based on the total weight of the order. This fee is automatically calculated and shown on the first page of the checkout process.

Exceptions & Surcharges

While we aim to provide flat-rate or free shipping whenever possible, the following conditions may result in additional shipping fees:

  • Deliveries to remote or non-standard regions, including:

    • Newfoundland and Labrador

    • Yukon

    • Nunavut

    • Northwest Territories

  • Orders containing oversized or overweight items

  • Shipments that require special handling

In such cases, a representative from our team will contact you to:

  • Notify you of any additional charges

  • Offer the most economical and efficient shipping solutions

  • Confirm your preferred delivery method before proceeding

International Shipping

We are happy to serve customers around the world. For international orders:

  • A custom shipping quote will be provided based on the delivery location and item weight/dimensions.

  • We can offer “white glove” service upon request for certain destinations.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

In-Stock Items

  • Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Items shipped from our Montreal warehouse and typically arrive within 3–5 business days in most Canadian provinces.

  • Delivery times vary by supplier — please refer to the product page or contact us for an estimated time frame.

  • Deliveries occur Monday to Friday during standard business hours.

Made-to-Order & Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item is not currently in stock or is made to order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery timeline.

  • To speed up delivery, some items may ship directly from the manufacturer or vendor.

  • Our area rugs are shipped directly from the supplier to your doorstep. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days; however, a few exceptions may apply.

    • Loloi Rugs - shipped in 5-10 business days, tracking available in 15 total business days.
    • Capel Rugs - some are made to order - shipped in 4-5 weeks.
    • Imperial Rugs are made to order – shipped in 10 business days.
    • Surya and Livabliss Rugs - shipped in 5-10 business days.
    • Milliken, Colonial Mills and Rhody Rugs are made to order – shipped in 15-20 business days.

  • White glove service for deliveries requiring room-of-choice placement, unpacking, or disposal of packaging
